Refund policy

At Saaj Gallery, every piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns / Replacements

We only accept returns, replacements, or missing item claims in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • One or more items are missing from your order

Important:

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or missing item claim, customers must:

  • Share a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • Ensure the video clearly shows the outer package, seal, products received, and the issue / missing it .
  • Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered without any cuts.
  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Ensure that the product remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Ensure that the seal tag / original packaging has not been removed, tampered with, or damaged

Claims

  • Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
  • For missing item claims, the unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed state and all contents inside.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product care reasons, we do not accept returns / exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference / style issues
  • Slight color variation due to screen differences
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without the original seal tag / packaging

Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement (subject to product availability), or
  • store credit / refund, as applicable.

The mode of resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
