Saaj Gallery provides a Six Months Warranty on all our Jewellery pieces, because your trust and our quality matter the most.

Scope of Warranty : 
 

The warranty covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible Jewellery items. 

Warranty Resolution & Saaj Wallet :

TIME OF DELIVERY	RESOLUTION
0-1 month	Replacement of the item
1-3 months	50% of invoice value in Saaj Wallet (Validity for 6 months)
3-6 months	25% of the invoice value in Saaj Wallet(Validity for 6 months)

 

Saaj Wallet can be used online only when buying from the official website and  is not refundable or transferable.
 

Exclusions from Warranty :
 

The Six Months warranty does not cover:

* Damage from regular wear and tear

* Breakage due to mishandling

* Loss of stones or crystals

* Third-party alterations or resizing
